Download pages must provide links to MD5 hashes:
http://www.apache.org/dev/release-distribution#sigs-and-sums

AFAICT, the MD5 hashes already exist for most/all of the released artefacts, however some sections in the download page only link to the SHA-1 hash, and not the MD5
