{{TestDSWithMultipleNodeManager}} does not have tearDown method. This causes all testcases to use same {{MiniYarnCluster}} and having conflicts while calculating the actual containers launched on a node by {{NMContainerMonitor}}. This issue is present only in branch-3.1 as YARN-9252 has added the tearDown to branch-3.2 and 3.3.
