Image incorrectly rendered twice using fop-0.20.5rc2

Summary: Image incorrectly rendered twice using fop-0.20.5rc2
           Product: Fop
           Version: 0.20.5
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: pdf renderer
        AssignedTo: fop-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: andreas.saremba@siemens.com

When I reference an image twice in a Docbook mediaobject element, once for HTML
(imagedata@role=html) and once for print output (role=fo), I get different
behaviour from fop-0.20.5rc and fop-0.20.5rc2 when processing the resulting FO
file (produced by Norman Walsh's XSL stylesheets):
- fop-0.20.5rc works correctly rendering the image once.
- fop-0.20.5rc2 renders the image twice which is wrong.

As I cannot see how I can attach test data in Bugzilla (this is my first bug
report) I have put a ZIP file (around 200 KB) under the URL
www.saremba.de/imagebug.zip.
