   @mrutkows the changes were communicated upstream and on the dev list, iirc - sorry that I missed this back when... 
   
   In any case I think this also points out an over engineering of the runtime manifest types in wskdeploy (i've made similarly comments about our cli related go clients as well). The JSON fields need not be formal types, as they overly constrain the dependencies, unnecessarily.
