materials from Edgent "Video Analytics at the Edge" talk at ApacheCon 2017

FYI,

Slides[1] and Audio[2] of the talk (they didn’t record video).

The slides aren’t yet the latest version and are missing the URL to the code for the Edge Video Analytics demo / starter kit [3]
