Release Any23 2.4?

Hi Folks,
I wanted to poll dev@ as to whether we should produce a release candidate
for Any23 2.4. This is an opportunity to work on any last tickets or for us
to define a readmap for the 2.4 release candidate.
The only ticket I want to address right now is ANY23-426 [0].
What about the Semargl upgrade?
Thanks

OK I just went ahead and cleared out several issues from the backlog to clean things up. I pushed the remaining issues off to 2.5.
Our 2.4 roadmap now looks as follows

Lewis, do you mean the RDF4J upgrade? If so, I would agree: I'd like that
to happen before pushing out the 2.4 release. I'll self-assign it.

Hi David,
I meant RDF4J sorry about the confusion.
That issue is set for inclusion in 2.4 but we can push it to 2.5 if it takes too long... no big deal.
Thanks

Hi Lewis,

Semargl currently at 0.7 in Maven Central (which is what we are using). Are you meaning an upgrade as a result of a fix for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ANY23-428?
If that is the case, then that bug is a background activity for me; which hopefully I can progress; but would hate to hold up a release as a result __.

Dave.
