[jira] Commented: (CONTINUUM-1522) Wrong sorting on date on the " Build results" tab

    [ http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-1522?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=158784#action_158784 ]

Baptiste MATHUS commented on CONTINUUM-1522:
--------------------------------------------

I just went into this issue: our server date was temporarily set to a future date until we got back to "normal" after some time.

In this situation, the first displayed line is *not* the last build. This is the last build before we put the date back to normal. Though I perfectly agree date modification shouldn't happen on a CI server (believe me, it's not gonna happen again :)), I guess it would be more logical to sort by build number instead of the date, isn't it?

Cheers

> Would expect sort order to be on date in descending order, bit dates seems to be in somewhat random order, this causes a lot of confusion
