I'm the release manager for Apache Hive 1.2.x, and am hitting an issue with trying to upload the new 1.2.1 artifacts to dist as per
http://www.apache.org/dev/release-publishing.html#distribution

I had this issue the last time with 1.2.0 as well, and [~csun] had this issue when he released 1.1.1 and 1.0.1, so we both asked [~vikram.dixit] for help, and he seems to be able to upload while following the same steps. Is there an extra permission we require before we can upload these?
