   The correct URI syntax is now `res:[path]`. The current documentation states `res://[path]` but that does not work, it is also incorrect according to the URI specs.
   The `[path]` for resource locations is always absolute, and should not start with a slash. With this change the same `[path]` can be used for the ResourceFileProvider and `ClassLoader.getResource(...)`.
