## What is the purpose of the pull request
*This pull request try to support spark version upgrade and fix the test failure on `hudi_test_suite_refactor` branch*
## Brief change log
- *Excluded the old spark-avro dependency*
- *Introduce the new spark-avro dependency*
- *some trivial changes*
## Verify this pull request
This pull request is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
