Claus Ibsen resolved CAMEL-7835.
--------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
This is too big for a patch release. So we have a camel-test-spring40 for spring 4.0.x, and camel-test-spring now supports spring 4.1 onwards.

> CamelSpringJUnit4ClassRunner calls the TestContextManager(Class, String) constructor, and the TestContextManager.getDefaultTestExecutionListenerClasses() method.
> Both of these are deprecated in spring-test-4.0.x, and are gone in 4.1.x.
