As far as I can tell, it's not a {{supported-features}} attribute, but the {{ibm-supportedCapabilities}} attribute. It should be possible to expose it by specifically ask for this attribute when requesting the {{RootDSE}}.

Yes, we don't have the description for those features.

We just need to add them into the {{OIDDescriptions.properties}} file in order to have them exposed in the {{rootDSE}} with some explanation.
