problem with multi-ref messages

Hi

I have a problem with the multi-ref soap asnwers. When a client calls
my webservice, I response him with a multi-ref message, wich can't be
deserialized by the client (client is expecting normal message). I've
read on the internet that I should delete "encodingStyle" in the wsdl in
order to make it work, but I don't know how cause the wsdl is
autogenerated by axis... Any help please?

thank you very much
