`CDVWhitelist` is currently initialised in`[CDVViewController loadSettings]` by parsing `config.xml`.

We would like to be able to alter the whitelist post-AppStore deployment. This allows the whitelist to be re-configured without doing another app submission.

Is this requirement generic enough to justify a change?

Ideally the array that initialises `CDVWhitelist` would be made a public property. This would allow the list to be read and modified at runtime - the setter could in turn update the whitelist entries.
