ConfigNode leader节点打开的文件句柄数有增多的现象，如下，1小时监控1次文件句柄数：

测试环境：
1. 192.168.10.62/66/68  72CPU256GB
3副本3C3D，BM 7*24小时写入测试。
2.集群配置参数
ConfigNode
MAX_HEAP_SIZE="8G"
DataNode
MAX_HEAP_SIZE="192G"
MAX_DIRECT_MEMORY_SIZE="32G"
dn_max_connection_for_internal_service=300
Common配置
schema_replication_factor=3
data_replication_factor=3
iot_consensus_throttle_threshold_in_byte=536870912000
