Struts Menu with Struts2

Kindly guide me to integrate struts menu with struts2. I tried using
MenuContextListener. I copied following snippet in web.xml


    net.sf.navigator.menu.MenuContextListener


I copied struts-menu.jar in the lib folder and menu-config.xml under
WEB-INF. But at run time, I get an error saying that menu repository not
found. Am I missing something?
