2 patches

I uploaded 104.htlock.patch, and 105.linux-warning.patch.  

104 is to move the lock_fname from http_main to httpd.conf as a definable 
location.  Linux FSSNTD rules would want this moved to /var/tmp.   There 
is also a typo fix in the same region.

105 is just two casts to get rid of two warnings... just annoying.
