After a migration from DUCC 2.0 to 2.1 (using Cassandra DB) the Machines page may display the wrong value for Memory free for reserved machines.  When the WS detects a zero value for the size of the unmanaged  reservation as published by the OR, it should then employ the scheduled size of the reservation as a close approximation.
