508 compliance on FormTable

  In order to pass 508 compliance, all the images need to have ALT tag. In FormTable, the arrowUp and arrowDown image don't have ALT tag with them. Does anyone know how to add ALT tag in arrowUpAssest and arrowDownAsset of the contrib:FormTable component?
