need help..(soap-tomcat-xerces)

Hi all,
  I am using Tomcat3.1, soap 2.0, xerces1.2. I am trying to run GetQuote example with
java samples.stockquote.GetQuote 
http://localhost:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter IBM.
I am getting the following error..

Ouch, the call failed:
  Fault Code   = SOAP-ENV:Server.BadTargetObjectURI
  Fault String = Unable to resolve target object: samples.stockquote.StockQuoteService
------------------------------------------------------
Could u help me, what is the problem.
