New user getting started issue...

     Hello all.  I've deployed lenya onto a tomcat 5 / JDK 1.4.2  
system.  I can get to index.html.  However, when I click New  
Publicaion, I get the following error.

     I've searched the archives, and can seem to find no reference to  
this.  Any ideas?

Internal Server Error

Message: org.xml.sax.SAXException: Unable to map "http://www.w3.org/ 
2000/xmlns/"

Description: org.apache.cocoon.ProcessingException: Failed to execute  
pipeline.: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.xml.sax.SAXException:
