[PR] Allow configuring Dag tag filter width [airflow]

The Dag tag filter had a fixed maximum width of 300px, which made long tag values difficult to read.
This change allows deployments to override the maximum width through the existing UI theme `globalCss` support using the `--airflow-dag-tag-filter-max-width` CSS custom property.
The default remains 300px.
Tests run:
- `pnpm exec vitest run src/pages/DagsList/DagsFilters/TagFilter.test.tsx`
- `pnpm run lint`
