[PATCH] work-in-progress: skels for tree conflict storage
Here is my patch-in-progress. The changes to tree-conflict.c seem to
be "done", and now I just need to fix up the tree conflict test, then
run the full test suite to look for other issues.
Attached... let's hope it doesn't get munged :-(

Because I had a spare afternoon...
Greg,
Here's a fixed version of the patch, with all tests passing over ra_local (and I
suspect over the other ra layers, since this is purely a wc-side change). It is
substantially the same patch, with a few strndups thrown in to deal with the way
our skel representation works.
