[I] buildSrc feature produced inconsistent dependencies list in buildSrc/build.gradle [grails-core]

   [https://github.com/apache/grails-forge/blob/7.0.x/grails-forge-core/src/main/java/[…]e/feature/build/gradle/templates/buildSrcBuildGradle.rocker.raw](https://github.com/apache/grails-forge/blob/7.0.x/grails-forge-core/src/main/java/org/grails/forge/feature/build/gradle/templates/buildSrcBuildGradle.rocker.raw#L57) - this line returns a different number of dependencies on back to back, subsequent create-app generations, most of the time.  Sometimes it gets 0, or 3 or somewhere in between.  Occasionally it will return 3 on back to back runs, then rerun the build and get different results again on back to back runs.

   grails -t forge create-app -f gradle-build-src Test1
   grails -t forge create-app -f gradle-build-src Test2
   grails -t forge create-app -f gradle-build-src Test3
   ```
