Shindig uber-jar

I've just started experimenting with the maven shade plugin to (hopefully)
make it easier to integrate shindig, especially for people that are not
using maven and that may have conflicting libraries (for example
google-collections vs guava, etc.)


I'd appreciate it if people could look at this and also suggest other
external deps that could/should be rolled up.
