at the end of the SOAP response

Hi,

I am looking at the trace of Apache Axis between a single client and
response.

The response has a "</Message>" at the end, is there any reasons why the
Axis WS add such a tag at the end (without adding the opening tag at the
beginning)? I am using 1.1 final.
