   I got the same problem, and I'm using docker image `streamnative/pulsar-all:2.8.1.10`. Decommission command seems stuck at `Count of Ledgers which need to be rereplicated: ...` forever even that there is only few ledgers remaining.
   
   Can you reopen this issue @pushkar-engagio
