Timers at Logic control level

Summary: Timers at Logic control level
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 1.5
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Main
        AssignedTo: jmeter-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sunny6904@hotmail.com

Is it possible to have a more fine grained control over the timers where they
can be set after HTTP url in once only logic..
example scenario
1 thread group
  1.1 simple controller
    1.1.1 once only logic
      1.1.1.1 http request
      1.1.1.2 timer
    1.1.2 interleave logic
       1.1.2.1 simple controller
          1.1.2.1.1 http GET request
          1.1.2.1.2 timer
       1.1.2.2 simple controller
          1.1.2.2.1 HTTP POST
          1.1.2.2.2 timer

If so what classes do I need to modify to achieve this scenario ?
Any help would be appreciated.
