   ### Description of PR
   
   In UserGroupInformation.doAs, we currently create a new Exception and log it in LOG.debug. This doesn't look necessary:
   
   ```
         if (LOG.isDebugEnabled()) {
           LOG.debug("PrivilegedAction [as: {}][action: {}]", this, action,
               new Exception());
         }
   ```
   
   ### How was this patch tested?
   
   Existing tests.
