   We only want to set the namespace if it isn't `default`. The default is already set by Spark: https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/running-on-kubernetes.html#configuration. This also allows us to pass the namespace over the `_conf` dict. Otherwise, the namespace would be set twice. From a behavioral perspective this makes also more sense, if it is ommitted in the connection, we also ommit it from the command line arguments.
