Milestone 7

Hi,

Another new milestone of Slide has been released.

Highlights include :
- New JDBC content store
- Documentation updates (especially on JDBC)
- Default configuration now showcases the roles functionality
- New optional high-level API built on top of the client library
(org.apache.webdav.util package)
- Fixes
