   ### What happened?
   
   The **Browse > Task Instances** list view renders raw HTML instead of clickable links. Columns like "Dag Id", "Task Id", and "Run Id" display the literal `<a href="...">` markup as plain text in the table cells.
   
   This was working correctly in 2.11.0.
   
   Example of what is shown in the cell instead of a rendered link:
   
   ```<a href="/dags/my_dag/grid?execution_date=...">my_dag</a>
   ```
   
   
   
   ### What you think should happen instead?
   
   The cells should render as clickable hyperlinks, as they did in 2.11.0.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   1. Upgrade from Airflow 2.11.0 to 2.11.1
   2. Navigate to **Browse > Task Instances**
   3. Observe that the Dag Id, Task Id, and Run Id columns show raw HTML

   Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
