Stanbol Board Report for Feb. 2012

Hi all

In February Stanbol needs to issue the next Incubator Board Report. 

Related to that I just noticed a Mail from Jukka Zitting on  general@incubator.apache.org[1] asking about the status of all incubating Projects .

Here the section about Apache Stanbol

This is valuable input for the next Board Report [3] for Apache Stanbol.
