Still a few differences between MR and Tez, though... that appear to be a different issue.

> Note that DecimalColumnVector is different than LongColumnVector because it keeps (an instance) reference to a Decimal128 class whereas the latter stores a long primitive value. So, trouble if you set the reference instead of updating the object.
