   There are three of the most important things.
   1. You need to create a Pull Request. https://help.github.com/en/github/collaborating-with-issues-and-pull-requests/creating-a-pull-request
   2. CI should be green (except quarantine tests)
   3. You are fully responsible for your change.  If your change has not gained the attention of any member of the community, then you must fix it.
   > Ping @ #development slack, comment @people. Be annoying. Be considerate.
