Heads up on June 2005 board report

The process of having subprojects who have had a release/promotion or 
other life-changing event occur be the ones who provide subreports on the 
board report is working very nicely.

However, in June I'll be asking all projects which have not had a life 
changing event in the last year to submit a report. The idea being that 
subprojects have to speak up once a year at the very least.

In addition to any subprojects who would normally be doing a subreport of 
course :)
