   I figured this out! Instead of "AuthenticationTls",  we suppose to use "AuthenticationKeyStoreTls" , that works for Keystore. 
   We need to update our documentation! 
   
   "brokerClientAuthenticationPlugin": "org.apache.pulsar.client.impl.auth.AuthenticationTls" --> 
   org.apache.pulsar.client.impl.auth.AuthenticationKeyStoreTls
