new 9a81ef3 Remove branch protection and the required review (#1)
9a81ef3 is described below

commit 9a81ef38641321d9de731e40b028b3401c457237
Author: 吴晟 Wu Sheng <wu...@foxmail.com>
AuthorDate: Thu Sep 3 14:10:22 2026 +0800

Remove branch protection and the required review (#1)

The project is new and has one committer. A required approving review
means no pull request can ever merge, because the author cannot approve
their own change and there is nobody else to ask. The same rule also
blocks direct pushes to main, which is how a one-person project is
    maintained at this stage.

Setting protected_branches to null is the form the ASF documentation
gives for removing every protection rule. The fan-in CI job named
Required stays, so protection can be turned back on with one line when
    the project has more committers.
