small issue in svn naming

When I re-did the parent-pom-top release, I said the svn tag should be
parent-pom-top-1-rc2, the -rc2 being release candidate 2.  I thought I
would do what we've done before, of updating the svn tag by renaming it
to just -1.  But the pom includes in the <scm> element the svn tag name,
so I think I'll just leave it as is in the SVN.
