[ANNOUNCE] New Sedona PPMC member: Kengo Seki

Hi all,

The Podling Project Management Committee (PPMC) for Apache Sedona
has invited Kengo Seki to become a PPMC member and we are pleased
to announce that they have accepted.

Sachio is the contributor of several patches to Sedona modules such as
Sedona Flink and Sedona Python.

Being a committer enables easier contribution to the
project since there is no need to go via the patch
submission process. This should enable better productivity.
A PMC member helps manage and guide the direction of the project.
