   `http://mirrors.rackhosting.com/apache/maven/maven-3/3.6.1/binaries/apache-maven-3.6.1-bin.tar.gz` is gone.  Not sure why they delete it. 
   
   We should use other mirror: 
   
   https://maven.apache.org/download.cgi?Preferred=https%3A%2F%2Fwww-us.apache.org%2Fdist%2F#
