Shawn Heisey resolved SOLR-15882.

Resolution: Invalid
Closing as invalid for two reasons:
* log4j 1.2.x is not vulnerable, and log4j2 will not fully function in Solr 6.
* Jira is not a support portal for Solr. We have a mailing list and IRC channel for that.
