[construct-rolling-environment.sh] Versions of Subversion dependencies in subversion-deps-1.6.*
I would like to suggest to include updated versions of some Subversion
dependencies in subversion-deps-1.6.*.
APR: 1.2.12 => 1.3.3
APR-Util: 1.2.12 => 1.3.4
Apache HTTPD: 2.2.9 => 2.2.10
SWIG: 1.3.31 => 1.3.36
Today I ran `make check-swig-{pl,py,rb}` [*] with SWIG 1.3.31 and 1.3.36 and
there wasn't any additional failure with SWIG 1.3.36.
(2 errors + 2 failures during `make check-swig-rb`)
[*] Tested with Subversion trunk r34469, Python 2.6, Perl 5.10.0 and Ruby 1.8.6_p287.

On OpenBSD, the bindings do not work at all for unknown reasons
if built with SWIG < 1.3.36.
The binding regression tests just segfault, see

When built with swig-1.3.36, they work perfectly.
I don't know if this is OpenBSD-specific, it might well be.
Just thought I'd point it out though.
