[PR] Update the "legacy command" help text for backfill [airflow]

dstandish opened a new pull request, #43764:

   In 1.x there was an `airflow backfill` command.  In 2.x it became `airflow dags backfill`.
   
   In 3.x it's back to `airflow backfill`.
   
   Need to update the "yo, your command been moved" text.
