   Was there a solution to this issue? I have been trying to migrate to airflow 2.1.4 and am getting this when running the upgrade in webserver:
   
   `sqlalchemy.exc.ProgrammingError: (psycopg2.errors.UndefinedColumn) column dag.last_scheduler_run does not exist`
   
   I'm not sure how to fix it
