Ok, let's try again.
I'm very sorry we've been ignoring you. Let's see what we can do to
fix this. We obviously *really* want translations, but it appears that
the docs list has been a bit somnolent lately.
Looking at your patch ...
I've applied the patch to trunk - r1602693. Please have a look and see
that it's all fine, and then I'll apply to 2.2 and 2.4 as well.

I have verified the patch and updated it. The new version is on bugzilla.
