Can DevCloud2 be run without installing a development library on my laptop?

ATM, DevCloud2 is only suitable for developers. The instructions require you to compile the management server on the host machine.

If DevCloud2's base VM were put on a bridged network, would I be able to compile and run the management server on Dom0 of the DevCloud2 appliance?

Absolutely! I run it that way personally.

Use devcloud_internal-mgt.cfg instead of devcloud.cfg as the config.
