Bug in mod_webapp

I'm using the O'Reilly servlet upload module. After upgrading to mod_webapp
I started getting sporadic unexpected end of part error messages doing
uploads of .xls files. Switching back to ajp13 eliminated the problem. There
was a bug like this with the older versions of tomcat that was reported and
fixed with tomcat 4.0. Architecture is sparc solaris 8. JDK 1.3.1, Apache
1.3.20.
