Http flow multi tenant

been putting this off but now it is a focus.
when ofbiz evaluate in coming Http does it first look for website 
entities to determine which domain to use'
just being lazy if someone has the answer off the top of their heads 
would save me some digging.

i am thinking in multitenant, where once the website entity is 
determined then the tenant info(#tenant) can be tied to it.
