No Appenders could be found

Hi!

I'm new to turbine, i'm using 2.2, when starting tomcat i got the following
Error.

log4j:ERROR No appenders could be found for category
(org.apache.stratum.component.ComponentLoader).
log4j:ERROR Please initialize the log4j system properly.

How do i initialize log4j properly?
